Harar, November 16 (WIC) – Speaker of the Harari State Council, Abdulmalik Beker, urged the three  government
organs to team up efforts for the success of the ongoing struggle against corruption.
 
Abdulmalik said at an awareness raising workshop organized by the Federal Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (FEACC) to members of the State Council that the fight against corruption should not be left only for EFACC.


 

He said the legislature, executive, and judicial branches have the responsibilities to prevent corruption through integrating their efforts.
He further said the struggle against corruption also needs the active participations of all members of the society and civil servants.
Participants of the workshop on their parts pledged to discharge their responsibilities in the fight against corruption for the sustainability of the ongoing economic growth of the country.
